We want you to love your Konar piece. If you decide that your purchase isn’t right for you, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn and unwashed.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, odours or any other signs of wear.
- Not have been altered, damaged or tampered with.
A clear, continuous unboxing video is required for all return and quality-defect claims. The video must show the package from the moment it is received, with the original packaging intact and unopened, through the opening of the package and inspection of the product.
Returns or claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Konar does not offer exchanges.
If you require a different size or style, you may return your original order and place a new order separately.
